Who is he?
His name is David Ros, third generation of a family dedicated to the hotel and restaurant sector since 1971. He is of Catalan origin, Andalusian by adoption.
His trajectory began when he was 14 years old, in the family restaurant. Because of his great interest in cooking, he soon entered the restaurant world, learning from great chefs and cultivating his interest and knowledge of the latest in contemporary cuisine.
Following graduation from the Hospitality School of Seville, he launched his restaurant DOCE TRESCIENTOS in pursuit of a new direction for traditional cuisine with a nod to the avant-garde.
